Martin Grundy starting inviting friends to his 21st birthday party nearly forty years before the event in 2000. He was born on 29th February, 1916 and celebrates a proper birthday only once every four years. Zaedea 2la Fotherby is thought to be the only child in Britain with a number registered as part of her name. Her father dreamed of the idea before her birth and hopes that it will help to make her a pop star. Fisherman's wife, Stephanie Waring, and her sister, Khadine Doyle, whose husband is an oilrig worker, both named their children after their husbands' workplace. Shannon Waring, Bailey Doyle and Tyne Doyle are all named after sea areas. The 2nd February, 2000, ended a 1,112-year sequence of odd dates. It was the first date made up entirely of even numbers since 28th August, 888. |
